Extra Select use three types of whole, shelled peanuts for wild birds. They differ by oil content, calorific value and therefore protein level. Country of origin for all Extra Select types of peanut can vary because of different harvesting periods but nothing is allowed which comes below the high grade standard peanut (Extra select don’t do a ‘basic level’, the energy and oil content would not be high enough for them)
